Sedum Aureum is a fast growing evergreen perennial that is a great source of groundcover and can tolerate poor soil conditions. The foliage is unusually shaped and fleshy with succulent leaves, green/yellow in colour and variegated with gold at the top come the spring. In summer it flowers with small bright gold star shaped flowers which almost engulf the foliage completely. This variety is, therefore, an excellent supporter of local wildlife, especially bees and butterflies.
Drought tolerant once established.
